What does the tea party package include? The party package includes everything you need for a marvelous tea party. It's my goal to take care of all the details...the props, entertainment, drinks, snacks, cupcakes and favors. Please visit the themed party links for further details.
How many children can you accommodate? 16-20 guests including the birthday child, depending on the theme variation. Please consider whether siblings will participate when making out your guest list as they may want to sit a spell for tea, too.
I'd like to host a baby shower in your boutique. Can I rent your space for such an event? Yes, however, times are limited. You may use the boutique between 9 a.m. & Noon or after 6:30 on Sundays. Call or email to discuss your needs and rental fees.
Can I rent any of your items for an event? Unfortunately, we are not renting our party dress-up at this time.
How do I reserve a party? Determine your date and a second choice date. Call or email us at (850) 544-2287 (info@cookiesandteaforme.com) to schedule your party.
Saturdays: 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m.
Sundays: 1:00 and 4:00
Fridays: 12:30-2:30 p.m., 3:30-5:30 p.m. and 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Weekdays (M-Th): 12:30-2:30 p.m. and 3:30-5:30 p.m.
How much do you charge for a birthday tea? Prices vary according to theme package and start at a minimum of 8 children. When you combine all the props, entertainment, food, activities, favors, fun, and specialized service...just imagine what you might spend if you did it yourself. Make it a stress-free birthday and truly the best party package you could hope for...priceless!!
Can you hold a date for me? I'm not sure if everyone invited will be able to attend and want to check before reserving the date. We do not hold dates longer than 48 hours without a deposit. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis and dates may only be held with a confirmed deposit. If you wish to schedule a date, please contact us to determine availability and get back with us as soon as possible. Schedules may change quickly as your date approaches so please contact us as soon as you are ready to confirm your date. Otherwise, we will need move forward with new reservations if another party contacts us and is ready to book.
How far in advance do you take reservations? The sooner the better...If you have a particular date and time in mind, I would suggest calling 3-4 months in advance to secure your first choice. We typically schedule anywhere from 2 to 6 months in advance. In some months, regrettably, we are not able to accommodate every party request because of the lack of weekend availability. We can host up to 8 parties on a weekend and then must book into the weekday afternoons. Moms who missed out the first year have called back the following year and booked well in advance because they know how difficult it can be to get a reservation during select birthday months.
Where are you located? Where do you host parties? The party boutique is located in Killearn Village Square. Our location is the Ultimate Girly Party Boutique and we take care of all the details. Off-site custom parties are still available with fees starting at $550.
***Cookies & Tea for Me! assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. Your party host will work to ensure that your guests are treated with great care. Cookies & Tea for Me! is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes or consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests' parent or guardian to inform the client of any dietary restrictions.
Is a deposit required? Yes. A $75.00 deposit is required to confirm your party reservation. The balance is due on the party date and is based on the confirmed number of children given two days prior to party. Please remember to include all children in your confirmed guest count, including birthday girl and any siblings that will fully participate in the activities. If you would like to pay with credit card, invoices may be submitted via paypal.com. Cash and checks are the only forms of payment accepted at the boutique on the party date.
When do I pay the party balance and what forms of payment do you accept? The party balance is due the day of the party and is payable by cash or check only. To pay by credit card, you must make arrangements in advance of the party. These terms are stated in your contract. A $25.00 returned check fee will be charged for any checks returned for insufficient funds.
**Due to the reservation nature of our business, if you must cancel for any reason, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. We will work with you to schedule an alternative date within 3 weeks of your original party date. Also, for the health and safety of all our guests, we reserve the right to reshecule a party due to inclement weather or unforseen illness. Again, we will work with you to reschedule an alternate date within 3 weeks of your original event.
My guest list includes little boys. Can I invite them and/or do you think boys would enjoy the party? Yes...depending on their age, of course. Little boys seem to enjoy dress-up and the party very much. I do have boy hats (capes and crowns for the Princess Teas) for them to wear and, instead of make-up, I offer them a mustache to complete their look for a memorable picture. Please let me know and I will make every effort to accommodate your guests' needs.
Can parents drop off or do they need to stay? Parents of the guests are most welcome to sign their child in and drop off. I suggest a return/pick-up time of 15 minutes prior to the end of the party. The birthday parent or guardian is always present at the party as well as 1 or 2 party hostesses.
What time should I arrive for my daughter's party? Is there anything I need to do beforehand or when I arrive at the boutique on the party day?We host several parties in a weekend, scheduling just 1 hour in between each 2-hour party reservation. There is nothing required of you for the party setup...we have it all taken care of so you can enjoy the party without worry. Therefore, we request that you do not arrive too early. Once we are ready to greet you and guests (usually 5 minutes prior to start time), we will gladly welcome you into the boutique. Thank you in advance for your patience while we reset.
